Menu Bar changes

Menu bar is rearranged and renamed for better user interface.

Project Setup Mode

File

• Renamed following menu tabs New, Open and Save as New Project, Open Project, Save Project,
• Added a new menu Export Parameter Change Report under File menu

View

• Added a new menu called View
• Moved View Mode under the menu View
• Took out of Reset under the menu View
• Renamed Reset as Reset Viewpoint
• Changed the order of names - Ortho(top-view) and Ortho(side-view) as Top-view(orthogonal) and Side-view(orthogonal)
• Moved Visualizer under the menu View
• Renamed Visualizer as Preference
